Hannah Flacks (Frida) is an artist, journalist and creative musician living in Te Whanganui-a-Tara. A graduate of Te Kokī – New Zealand School of Music’s Jazz Programme, she works by day as the Breakfast Show Host on RadioActive.FM, and by night as a singer songwriter, jazz vocalist and musician on the scene. Choral music has long been a key part of Frida’s musical journey, including her time spent in NZSSC (2019-2020). She looks forward to nurturing this further with this 2026-2028 cycle of NZYC.
